The Face-to-Face Encounter documentation has been a Medicare beneficiary requirement since 2010. Significant changes occurred in 2015. This is a major focus for RCD, Targeted Probe and Educate as well as ADR. Many agencies are still under the impression that they need doctors to complete a Face-to-Face Attestation or information must be filled out the by the agency.
