Job Title: Clinical EMR Support Representative

Job Summary:
HealthCare Synergy, Inc. is searching for a Clinical EMR Support Representative to join its EMR Clinical Team. As a Clinical EMR Support Representative, you will provide clinical based knowledge and technical support for office and field staff using HealthCare Synergy, Inc. automated software solutions.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will:
- Remotely connect to those using HealthCare Synergy, Inc. automated software solutions and assist with clinical, and technical, support issues and/or questions
- Understand, and stay up-to-date, with industry-related regulations and changes
- Use Fresh Sales as an account management tool, checking and documenting accordingly
- Use Freshdesk as a technical support ticket management tool, checking and documenting accordingly
- Provide general support on the software like billing and other clinical-related components of the software.
- Complete operational requirements by expediting work results
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Assist with consulting of clinical forms and other software-related features relevant to clinicians
- Further develop within the company by continuously taking advantage of educational and experiential growth opportunities
Job Requirements
- Fluency in English (Speaking – Reading – Writing)
- Able to follow policies and procedures and provide detailed documentation
- Strongly preferred:
- RN or BSN
- Experience in Home Health – Billing and/or Clinical
- SOC RNs
- Medical or Coding certification
- Synergy EMR experience
- Salary Range: $39,000 – $45, 000 per year
