RESPONSIBLE TO:

  • Customer Service Team Lead

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Provide assistance to help gain and manage client accounts and prospective accounts.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proficient Computer Skills
  • Able to follow policies and procedures and provide detailed documentation
  • Maintain professionalism within the company and help to elicit the best image of Health Care Synergy

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work with our “CRM” system to have detailed documentation.
  • Answer inquiries about the company and the software and services it provides.
  • Assists staff by coordinating tasks, reports, and information.
  • Develops by continuously updating information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities.
  • Completes operational requirements by expediting work results.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Work with accounts that are assigned to you, to help facilitate trainings, technical support, and update account-relevant information (e.g. patient census, contacts), as well as marketing managed services and software, as needed or requested.
