YOUR ROLE:

Provide clinical based knowledge and technical support for office and field staff using HealthCare Synergy, Inc. automated software solutions.

 

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

 

REQUIRED:

  • Fluency in English (Speaking – Reading – Writing)
  • Able to follow policies and procedures and provide detailed documentation

 

STRONGLY PREFERRED:

  • Experience in Home Health – Billing and/or Clinical
  • SOC RNs
  • Medical or Coding certification
  • Synergy EMR experience
  • Speak fluently in Spanish or Tagalog

 

POSITION SHIFT:

  • Work from home
  • Part-time Position to Full-time Position
  • Salary to be determined

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Day-to-Day
    • Answer inquiries about the company, software options, Managed Services, and upcoming webinars/events
    • Answer incoming phone and perform outbound phone calls
    • Remotely connect to those using HealthCare Synergy, Inc. automated software solutions and assist with clinical, and possibly technical, support issues and/or questions
    • Understand, and stay up-to-date, with industry-related regulations and changes
    • Use CRM as an account management tool, checking and documenting accordingly
    • Use Freshdesk as a technical support ticket management tool, checking and documenting accordingly
    • Answer any incoming chats
    • Complete operational requirements by expediting work results
    • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Other
    • If you have clinical knowledge, assist with consulting of clinical forms and other software-related features relevant to clinicians
    • Assist with inbound and/or outbound calls regarding upcoming webinars, events, promotions, etc
    • Further develop within the company by continuously taking advantage of educational and experiential growth opportunities
